You can browse the Explore feed, blogs, and reels without an account. To post content, like, comment, bookmark, or climb the Rover Rankings, you’ll need to create a free account.

Yes. Creating an account and using the core features is free.

Click Sign Up, enter your name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters), agree to the Terms & Conditions, and verify your email with the one-time code we send you. You can also sign up instantly with Google.

Absolutely. Ceylon Rover welcomes travellers worldwide. You can add a phone number from any country during sign-up, though it’s optional.

On the login screen, choose Forgot password, enter your email, and we’ll send a one-time verification code. Enter the code and set a new password.

Email verification keeps the community authentic and secure. It confirms you own the address and helps protect your account.

You can publish long-form travel blogs, quick photo TravSnaps, and short-form reels. Use the Create menu in the navigation bar to get started.

Open Create → Blog to launch our distraction-free editor. Write your story, add images inline, and when you’re ready, add a cover, categories, tags, and location before publishing. You can also save drafts and finish later.

Yes. You can edit or delete any blog, TravSnap, or reel you’ve posted from your profile at any time.

You control visibility for each post — public, followers-only, or private. Public content appears in the Explore feed and can be discovered by anyone.

Rover Rankings recognise active, valued members of the community based on your contributions and engagement. Rankings are for recognition only and carry no monetary value.

Post quality content, engage authentically with others, and earn likes, follows, and achievements. Genuine participation is the best way to rise.

We moderate content and accounts against our Terms & Conditions. You can report content that breaks the rules, and we take action on violations.

We explain exactly what we collect and how we use it in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. We never sell your personal information.

You can request account deletion from your account settings. We’ll remove or anonymise your personal information, subject to any legal retention requirements.
